Editorial responsibility
Nagham chooses the thesis, interpretation, judgment, narrative framing, humor, editorial selection, and final voice. Every published piece remains her editorial responsibility.
Research and sourcing
Primary sources outrank summaries whenever reasonably available. Material claims are checked against sources such as regulatory and company filings, government and central-bank publications, official statistics, original research, and direct official statements. Secondary sources may support discovery, context, synthesis, or competing interpretations, but are not presented as independently reviewed primary evidence unless the underlying source was actually checked.
Numbers, quotations, sources, dates, and financial metrics are never intentionally fabricated. When something material cannot be verified, the publication should say so. Confident wording should not exceed the quality of the evidence.
How AI may assist
Artificial intelligence may assist with research discovery, source discovery, brainstorming, organization, structural editing, fact-checking support, copy editing, transcription, coding assistance, and visual ideation. AI is not treated as an evidence source and is not listed as the author.
When article-specific AI disclosure is used
Routine assistance with discovery, organization, transcription, brainstorming, or copy editing does not require an AI badge on every article. A specific disclosure is used when AI materially creates something a reasonable reader could mistake for original human-created material—for example, substantial generated text retained in publication, materially AI-generated editorial artwork, synthetic audio or video, a generated reconstruction, or a substantial generated dataset.
Financial-analysis boundary
The analysis is diagnostic, not prescriptive. Nagham Writes explains evidence, incentives, scenarios, risks, positioning, valuation, behavior, and uncertainty. It does not provide individualized investment recommendations, guaranteed-return language, or market forecasts presented as certainty.
Conflicts of interest
Material personal holdings, sponsorships, compensation, affiliate relationships, commercial relationships, and other relevant financial interests are disclosed when they could reasonably affect how a reader evaluates the work. Sponsored material must be clearly distinguishable from independent editorial content.
Corrections and updates
Minor typographical or grammatical errors that do not alter meaning may be corrected silently. Substantive factual errors receive a visible correction note explaining what was wrong, what changed, and when. Material new information may be marked as an update. If an article can no longer responsibly remain published, it should be retracted transparently rather than quietly deleted.
Language
Nagham Writes launches English-first and remains bilingual-ready. Any Arabic edition should be an editorial adaptation reviewed in Nagham’s voice, with proper right-to-left design, language-specific URLs, metadata, and equivalent sourcing and disclosure standards. Unreviewed machine translation is not treated as finished Arabic editorial work.
